This series explores the shifting reflections that appear on the surface of moving water. The images are made by observing flowing water and using the camera to interrupt that movement. Because the surface never truly stops moving, what appears in the frame cannot be completely predicted. Each photograph becomes a record of a moment that existed only briefly. In capturing these moments, the photographs become a reminders of how quickly time passes, and how much can be seen when we pause long enough to notice.
